Welcome!

It has been said of the congregation at East Belfast Mission, ‘they’d let anyone in there’. We hope you find a place with us here too and no matter who you are, you will always be welcome to join our gathering as we seek to know more about the God who made us and learn about the grace and peace this God shows us.

East Belfast Mission has grown from a tradition of Methodism where we believe that it is important to engage with our world to show love and mercy. We look to support and connect the community through a number of programmes, activities and services.

East Belfast Mission is part of the Methodist Church of Ireland.

Church Services

Why Worship?
Everyone worships something. Whatever brings us a sense of security and purpose is what becomes our god and these gods demand our life. So whether life has convinced you that the right job or the right clothes (and what size they are) or the right house is what will bring you satisfaction then these are the things that you’ll spend your life worshipping.

But what if there’s more?
On Sunday mornings, we remember that there is a bigger God that money can't buy or that can't be won by hard work. We remember that life is a precious gift and that the Creator of the world walks with us through all of life’s ups and downs.
