Restore shops are known for selling a wide range of high quality pre-loved furniture items, together with fully refurbished bicycles, good quality paint and safety tested electrical items. We also sell second-hand books, bric-a-brac and other household items such as mirrors and pictures.

You can organise a collection of large items by ringing your nearest store where our friendly team members will take details about the items being donated and arrange a mutually agreeable collection date.

Our team will inform you of anything that won't be acceptable for donation, including upholstered furniture which does not have a fire safety label attached, or which is stained or ripped.  We also cannot accept broken, damaged or extremely bulky items.

Your donation can also be Gift Aided, which adds an additional 25% to the value. All profits generated from the sale of your donations are used to support the work of East Belfast Mission in the community.

We do not provide a full house clearance service. We will arrange to collect individual items of furniture but will not remove items which will not be sold in our shops. Items which do not meet our standards will also not be removed.

If your organisation can donate items such as end-of-line or unsold stock, please get in touch. We are committed to selling items of value for the best price possible – from homewares and flat-pack furniture to electronics, accessories and fashion.

Tables, chairs, sofas, suites, small wardrobes, occasional furniture, beds, drawer units and office chairs. Check with your local shop for more details.

Most bulky dark wood furniture, very large display cabinets, heavy double & triple wardrobes, pianos, upholstered furniture without a fire retardant label, or which is badly ripped, stained, covered in pet hair or smelling of smoke, and items which are badly damaged or broken.

No charge, it’s a free service – however we reserve the right not to collect items if our driver determines that the item isn’t of a satisfactory standard to be sold in our shops.

Opening hours for Restore are 10am-4pm Monday to Saturday. We are closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.
