Hosford Temporary Accommodation

The Hosford Homeless Hostel provides 26 units of high-quality accommodation for single men and women experiencing homelessness. We support each resident to find a home of their own, to increase their ability to maintain a tenancy, and to have a better life.

We provide one-to-one support and work in partnership with specialist organisations to ensure residents have the health, wellbeing and practical support and resources they require to find accommodation and employment. Our Health and Wellbeing Projects help residents learn new skills, develop friendships, and improve their wellbeing. These projects include working in our community garden, cooking, art and English classes, and cultural projects.

Residents also benefit from East Belfast Mission's services for the community, including employability, counselling, volunteer opportunities at the Refresh Cafe and Restore charity shops, language classes, women's groups, men's groups, and more.
