Fundraising at East Belfast Mission

As part of the 2017 EBM Fundrasing strategy, you will very soon find a series of fundraising events shown on this page. It is expected we will sell tickets for these events on line. We will keep you posted as we are currently working on at least one pre-Christmas event, but meantime, if you wish to be involved in the fundraising volunteer team, please contact us. It is unlikley we need teams on a weekly basis, it is more likely to involve the lead up to an event and the day of the event itself when the resources will be needed so if this is something that might suit you, contact us on 028 9045 8560.

Neighbours in Need Christmas project – Donations of non-perishable foods, vouchers and cash to purchase food items for the hampers are always needed and appreciated. We also need volunteer pakcers and drivers to get the hampers ready and deliver them. This project starts late October and runs through to early December. Please contact us if you can help support this very worthwhile project.
This year, we have agreed two dates in October when we wil be street collecting locally for the Neighbour's in Need Christmas hamper project. In 2016 we delivered over 1000 hampers.
If you can help please contact us now sandie.gallagher@ebm.org.uk or call 028 9045 8560.
Donate time by volunteering – volunteers are always needed across our projects. Use the contact box to get in touch if you wish to volunteer your time in any of our projects or shops.
Donate goods to be sold in our shops – the Restore charity shops would be delighted to accept your donations which very often make more for the charity than you realise. Please look at the retail page and ring your nearest Restore shop.
N.B. If you have goods you wish to donate, for quick and easy collection arrangements please call your nearest Restore shop - all details are on the retail page of the website. Please note, our vans are always booked well in advance so to avoid disappointment, it would be advisable to give us a one week notice period.
Gift Aid - If you are a UK tax payer, you can make every £1 you give – or have given – worth 25p more at no added cost to yourself, by signing up for our More Card. This is because the government’s Gift Aid scheme allows us to reclaim tax on donations.
